The whole time rage comes from sitting in helplessness or abuse of power. Be it one time or many rage says this is unacceptable and cannot continue with it.
It reminds us we have been dehumanized too long.
Mars energy is often described as passion, war, even the act of sex. It sounds like violence and in the patriarchal hell we are in it is.

It also fuels how do you choose to combat injustice—internally and externally?
As someone with a mars retrograde a lot of what is generally stated doesn’t feel applicable. Sometimes i can second guess my impulse, or ppl respond to them rather viscerally…I do it anyway.
Mars rules the signs traditionally of Aries and Scorpio. What will motivate change in a way that the old cannot live any longer? To me is the invitation of Mars when we consider both of these signs.
All this Aries energy asks you to defiantly release the shame around existing, following the same stagnancy, starting without permission and sometimes without plan—starting with the feeling of adventure that burns you into aliveness.
